Himalayan High Spirits Adventures is serving this trip since 1990 in the mid-east of Nepal, on the foothills of the Everest where we can experience the Sherpa culture. On our way we cross the Jiri sherpa Village, Changma , Goli Gompa, Peky Peak (4100m) and Chailsa where the Tibetan Refugee camp is located. Further on, we pass Numbur Himal base camp from where we get a magnificent view of Homi Cho 4561m.(Dhudkunda Lake) which is regarded as a holy Lake. This trek leads us to Chiwang Monastery where Mani Rimdu (Lama Dance with Mask) takes place on a full moon night in November and Junbesi Monastery where Dumji (another Lama Dance) takes place on a full moon night in April/May. This is a non-tourist area. We get much information about the way of living of the Sherpa through this trek.

Day 01 :Arrival in Katmandu (1,300m/4265ft.). Himalayan High spirits Adventures will officially welcoming and meet you at Airport & transport by private vehicle to comfort hotel. after refresh evening walk
Day 02 :Katmandu Valley Sightseeing Half-day Cultural city tours, Kathmandu Durbar Squar ,Pashupati Nath, Syambunath & Buddha Nath- Buddish & Hindus temples - The biggest Buddha Stupa in Kathmandu valley. Afternoon trekking Guide (Sherpa) will come to meet you for next day departure Information at hotel
Day 03 :Drive to Shivalaya(1810m./5938ft.) Its about 8 hours drive to shivalaya. It’s beautiful drive through many different village, rivers, bhanjyang, deurali etc. when road goes up we will se panoramic view of the hills, village and valley. Then you will reach the Shivalaya which place is located bank of Khimti river. Stay overnight in Shivalaya.
Day 04 :Shivalaya to Bhandar(2400m./7874ft.) It’s about 6 hours walk to Bhandar. You will walk through the many different villages different cultures and Jungle as well. First part you will have to climb up till a little pass Deurali(2705m./8875ft.) then walk down to Bhandar. Such a excellent view from Deurali. Bhandar is beautiful place with lots of tea gardens and many things they grow there. You will enjoy the place. And stay overnight in Bhandar.
Day 05 :Bhandar to Namkheti(2300m./17355ft.) It’s about 7 hours walk to Namkheti. First couple of hours you descend trail to Likhu river then you will cross the Bridge then you will start to climb up to Namklheti through the many different villages. It’s really great walk through villages and see their culture and typical Nepali village life. While you are passing these villages you will see Kshetri, Brahaman, Sherpa, Newar, and many more different cast and their all the different culture as well. Stay overnight in Namkheti village.
Day 06: Namkheti to Naur Gompa (2900m./9514ft.) Its about 6 to 7 hours walk from Namkheti to Naur Gompa. You will walk through the village and crops field. Today normally you will climb up. This is sherpa village with Buddhism culture. Visit the monastery and go to pray and learn their interesting culture. Stay overnight in nice place Naur Gompa.
Day 07 :Naur Gompa to Pikey Danda(4070m./13353ft.) It’s about 4 hours walk to Pikey Danda. Pikey Danda is the one of the best place to see the panoramic view of the mountains and valley. This is the place from where you can see the top of the world Mt.Everest and many other mountains. There also you can visit the cheese factory where they make himalayan yak cheese. Stay overnight in hill with such a great view and stars light at night as well.
Day 08: Trek toLoding: Trail lead you all the way down but with great view,you meet crossing local people, this will be camp or home stay.
Day 09: Trek to Nazing: This is the farm stay where company leaders birth, you will share your experience and get some knowledge from villagers about how to do farm.
Day 10: Trek to Chelsa:- Trail lead you all the way up but it is not that much difficult where Tibetian refugee stay since 25 year back, over nicht at guest house or camp
Day 11: Trek to Junbesi:-Trail lead you all the way down to the Head quater of distict is call sallery thne graduaaly flat till to Junbesi
Day 12: Rest and exploring Local village and Monastries
Day 13: Trek to Taksendu: Trail lead you all the way under the Jungle with beutifull farm,
Day 14: Trek to Chupten chholing monastry: it takes 3 hours to reache this monastry/meditation and talk with monks
Day 15:Trek to Phaplu: Trail lead you down under the pine tree, it takes 3-4hrs
Day 16: Flight back to Kathmandu in the morning free day
Day 17: shoping and visit
Day 18: Departures to your own country or next destination with full of memory
